Biography
Belinda Munday was admitted to the NYS Bar in 1993 and to the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York in 1994.
Attorney Munday spent the first six years of her career working in the securities litigation department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Manhattan, where she provided representation to corporations in class action lawsuits, SEC investigations, and litigation relating to mergers, acquisitions, and hostile takeovers.
She moved to Saratoga Springs in 1999, and after raising her family, joined Donnellan Law, PLLC. Attorney Munday has appeared in local and state courts and has handled family and matrimonial matters for more than ten years.
Attorney Munday has also been a member of the Saratoga County Attorney for the Child panel for more than 10 years providing representation to children in custody, neglect, PINS and Juvenile Delinquency matters.
She was chairman of the board and a member of the finance committee of the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs and owned and ran a small business in Saratoga Springs for more than 20 years. Attorney Munday was also a member of the Downtown Business Association and the Saratoga Springs Chamber of Commerce.
